On the same day Mr Edward Chew sent his associate Mr Kelvin Kong to my house. Mr Kelvin Kong brought along with him the water vessel for me to see and gave a detailed product presentation. He also demonstrated professionalism in his presentation which impressed me. Then I made up my mind to place an order for a unit of Nano model NP942 water filtration system.

The next day your serviceman Mr Kok carried out the installation and I must say that his workmanship was good and done precisely. Mr Kok was courteous and was accomodating to questions asked. The system was up and running in less than 2 hours. Now my family and I are enjoying quality water.

I shared my experience on delivery documentaion with Mr Kelvin Kong which I have gained as a Logistics Manager with a MNC. Hopefully your Company will implement to avoid disputes with unscrupulous people who will deny delivery in the absence of properly acknowledged document.
