15th July 2010 - As Rain Water Harvesting is becoming more of a hot topic in the country, Myhomepalm Integrated Sdn Bhd was invited by Institution of Engineering, Malaysia (IEM) to give a talk on Rain Water Harvesting and Water Treatment.

The response was overwhelming and generated more than 70 participants attendance. The speakers were : Mr. Alvin Lam (Myhomepalm) and Yee Shan (Pentair, Singapore).

Some of the topics covered were the design of a proper RWH system, the calculation to size up the tank, how to measure the efficiency of the system, ROI and payback years, the right water treatment for different applications and grey water harvesting. We have also looked into some case studies of local projects as well as other countries, commissioned by Myhomepalm Integrated and Pentair/ GE Water.
